GMK 80s Kid is a doubleshot ABS keycap set produced by GMK. It was the first GMK-produced keycap set for the MiniVan. The set was sold for $115 during the group buy in November 2016 on TheVanKeyboards.com.
¶ Design
GMK 80s Kid features dark gray alphas and spacebars with pink legends and light gray modifiers with light blue legends.
A matching limited edition painted aluminum case was created for GMK 80s Kid and was sold as part of a series of "ARTIZEN" MiniVans.
¶ Kits
GMK 80s kid was kitted specifically to fit a MiniVan and Roadkit. A total of 73 keys are included in the set. Extra keys are included for The set was designed for Rev 2.0 of TheVan44 PCB and includes dedicated arrow keys. The kit was created before the Southpaw layout existed and does not include dedicated 1u CTRL, ALT, or SYS keys to be placed to the left of the spacebars. There are still enough R4 1u modifier keys to cover the layout if legends compatibility is not a concern and Roadkit coverage is not needed.
